Hi! I’m Alison, founder and managing Director of Almargi Design. I am a Building Designer, Interior Designer & Draftswoman and I love to help people create beautiful homes & buildings. I have worked in the Canberra Region since 2007, moving from my hometown of Orange NSW after completing 3 years of Interior Design study in Sydney at the Nepean Arts and Design Centre (TAFE). I studied a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at the University of Canberra. 

I have worked for and with many amazing mentors in my time, from Structural Engineers, Architects and Certifiers, creating a strong knowledge of construction, the building industry, and the many facets that create good design. I focus on Energy Efficient buildings – primarily homes, but have completed Commercial, Industrial and Civil projects.
